My name is Suzy Glaskie and I’m a Functional Medicine Health Coach and founder of Peppermint Wellness. I’m also trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as tapping), which is what has allowed me to create a unique programme that allows you to change your life – for good.

I’ve taken all of my knowledge from coaching hundreds of people back to vibrant health and poured it into this transformational 6-week programme.

I so wish that Wellness Unwrapped had been around 20 years ago. Today, at the age of 51, I feel a whole lot better and have vastly more energy than I did when I was 30. Back then, I was juggling an impossibly stressful job in PR with bringing up my young kids. My own wellbeing was at the bottom of my very long to-do list.

I was overwhelmed, exhausted, irritable and regularly suffered from all sorts of weird ailments.

Something had to change – and it did.

Frequently Asked Questions

My life is very busy and I have a full-on schedule – will I have to follow programme content on set days?

No. The chapters are self-paced, so you can watch them at a time to suit you. Each chapter is drip-fed to you so that you’re not overwhelmed with too much information at once. Each one is designed to be short and sweet – the videos are all bite-sized (around 10 minutes) and very simple to follow. Ideally, you’ll want to watch each week’s two short chapters at some point within the week they appear, so that you benefit from the group momentum of learning the same thing at the same time.

Is there a lot of additional learning to do?
There are additional resources provided for many of the programme chapters – for example, Wellness Unwrapped podcast episodes which feature more in-depth information on the topic we’re looking at that week. These are optional extras: you don’t have to listen to them if you don’t want to or don’t have the time. You can always come back to them at a later date.
Do I need any special equipment?

No. Everything is done via the app on your phone (although you can also access the programme via a laptop or PC if you prefer). It’s helpful if you can watch the chapters in a quiet space without distractions. This is your time to focus on yourself.

I’m not very good at following online programmes and find it difficult to motivate myself to log in and follow them
I hear you! That’s why there will be lots of gentle nudges from me via the app for you to make the time to follow the programme. I’ll be gently holding you accountable throughout and helping you to keep your promises to yourself.
What happens if I’m travelling?
As long as you have your phone with you, you’ll be able to enjoy following the programme from wherever you are in the world. (And holidays can often present a fantastic opportunity to tune in and focus on your own self-development).
I can’t make all the dates for group coaching sessions – will I still get value out of the programme?
Yes. You’ll be able to watch the recordings of all the group coaching sessions and will also be able to submit questions to me beforehand. I will answer them on the group call. To get the very most out of the programme, it would be helpful if you could attend at least some of the live sessions.
Do I have ongoing access to the programme content?
Yes – for as long as the app exists, you’ll have access to it and will be able to revisit the content any time you like.
