How it works

Once you join the Freshly Minted membership, you’ll have access to the live group coaching sessions that I hold every month.

You’ll also have access to the straight-talking, how-to videos I’ve recorded on my Wellness Unwrapped app and that we’ll be working through together. These will give you the knowledge you need to make healthy changes. Most importantly, you’ll have me holding your hand through the process of applying that knowledge to your own life – and making the changes stick.

This is not about giving you information and leaving you to it (there’s a world of difference between knowing what we need to do…and actually doing it). You’ll be continuously supported through the process of changing your habits and transforming your life.

I’m Suzy Glaskie and I’m a health coach and champion for women who are oh-so-ready to finally thrive. For the past 7 years, I’ve been supporting women like you to boldly reclaim their energy, vibrance, emotional resilience and zest for life.

I crafted this membership space to help you discover what you, freshly minted, feels like. I’ve been through this transformation to living life in full technicolour myself; I’m happier and healthier in my 50s than I was in any decade before. And I know just how important it is to have the right support in place when it comes to achieving your wellbeing goals.

It’s my mission to help you to live more healthfully; ditching that greyed out, sagging, sluggish feeling that has kept you stuck for too long. I’m building and nurturing a community of confident women. Women who unapologetically step into their power and embrace their full radiance…then help spread the message of hope far and wide as they go out and lead by example. That’s what I want for you.

I find it really difficult to change habits and I’m worried I won’t be able to “keep up” with everyone. What if I fail?

The beauty of Freshly Minted is that it removes all the pressure to “succeed” at getting ourselves well (I think we’ve all had quite enough of that!). This is about gradually changing small habits together – and that journey looks completely different from one woman to the next. We can only start from where WE are: not where our neighbour is or where our best friend is. This membership programme is about progress, not perfection. There is no pass or fail. Freshly Minted is rooted in an in-depth understanding of how we human beings change our behaviour. Changing our lifestyle is a notoriously windy road with lots of ups and downs along the way – that’s why we need to be kind to ourselves rather than beating ourselves up every time we slip back into old habits.

I’ve failed so many times before at making the changes I know I need to make. Why should this be any different?

I’ve seen that same feeling of dejection and hopelessness in countless other women who’ve lost all faith in their ability to change. And I’ve seen the miracles that can happen once they’re gently encouraged to develop self-compassion and are held in a supportive, nurturing space where every tiny win is celebrated. That’s when you start to believe in yourself – and then the sky is the limit. Don’t underestimate the proven power of health coaching and of community. Freshly Minted brings these two together to bring about a true transformation in how you feel.

I’ve signed up for online programmes before and ended up not engaging with the content at all, wasting my money and feeling even more frustrated with myself. How do I know I won’t do the same here?

I hear you. I totally understand how that feels – I’ve done it myself! With Freshly Minted, I will be gently nudging and encouraging you and you will be carried along by the momentum of the group. All the research shows that getting healthy as a group is by far the most effective way to make long-lasting changes. Plus, you won’t need to worry about motivating yourself to log onto a programme on your PC (which adds an extra obstacle and layer of hassle) – everything will be easily accessible on an app on your phone. Freshly Minted goes where you go.

When do the live sessions take place?

The live sessions mainly take place on a Wednesday evening at 8pm on Zoom – however, this does alter on occasion to other evenings mid-week. You absolutely do not need to attend all the sessions to experience a transformation: the programme is designed around busy women who have lots of commitments and a full diary. Because there are four sessions a month, you don’t need to worry when you have to miss one – that’s totally expected and there’s always another one around the corner!

What if I can’t make some of the live sessions?

Don’t worry – life happens, travel happens, commitments happen! You absolutely don’t need to make all the live sessions every month to benefit from the momentum and transformation of Freshly Minted. This is a gentle, ongoing membership space rather than a short, sharp hit where if you miss something, you feel it’s all ruined. Freshly Minted is the total opposite of all or nothing. You can dip in and out to suit your schedule. The membership group is flexible and works around you.

All the New Leaf and Pepp Talk sessions will be recorded on the app so that you can watch them whenever suits you. If you’re not able to make a session but would like to ask me a question or tell me about something you’re struggling with, you’ll have the opportunity to do that beforehand. I will answer your question in the live session so you can watch it later.

What happens if I decide the membership isn’t right for me?

You can stop your membership at any time: there’s no commitment or notice period.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause and come back when the time is right for you.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. Everything is done via the app on your phone (although you can also access the programme via a laptop or PC if you prefer).
