About me
I’m Suzy Glaskie, functional medicine health coach and founder of Peppermint Wellness. I’m a mum of three and also a grandma.
I’m blessed to have been able to transform my own health, wellbeing and outlook on life. I feel a whole lot more vibrant and calmer in my 50s than I did in my 20s, 30s or 40s.
My passion now is to share what I’ve learnt and empower you to feel better too.
