On a personal note, I’ve been doing a daily gratitude practice for 14 years now and I wouldn’t give it up for the world. It is a core, non-negotiable part of my daily self-care. I truly believe that cultivating a daily gratitude practice is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.

Despite all the research and the best intentions, most people struggle to make it a habit.

About me
I’m Suzy Glaskie, functional medicine health coach and founder of Peppermint Wellness. I’m a mum of three and also a grandma.
I’m blessed to have been able to transform my own health, wellbeing and outlook on life. I feel a whole lot more vibrant and calmer in my 50s than I did in my 20s, 30s or 40s.
