How it works
Once you join the Freshly Minted membership, you’ll have access to the live group coaching sessions that I hold every month.
You’ll also have access to the straight-talking, how-to videos I’ve recorded on my Wellness Unwrapped app and that we’ll be working through together. These will give you the knowledge you need to make healthy changes. Most importantly, you’ll have me holding your hand through the process of applying that knowledge to your own life – and making the changes stick.
This is not about giving you information and leaving you to it (there’s a world of difference between knowing what we need to do…and actually doing it). You’ll be continuously supported through the process of changing your habits and transforming your life.

I’m Suzy Glaskie and I’m a health coach and champion for women who are oh-so-ready to finally thrive. For the past 9 years, I’ve been supporting women like you to boldly reclaim their energy, vibrance, emotional resilience and zest for life.
I crafted this membership space to help you discover what you, freshly minted, feels like. I’ve been through this transformation to living life in full technicolour myself; I’m happier and healthier in my 50s than I was in any decade before. And I know just how important it is to have the right support in place when it comes to achieving your wellbeing goals.
It’s my mission to help you to live more healthfully; ditching that greyed out, sagging, sluggish feeling that has kept you stuck for too long. I’m building and nurturing a community of confident women. Women who unapologetically step into their power and embrace their full radiance…then help spread the message of hope far and wide as they go out and lead by example. That’s what I want for you.

I find it really difficult to change habits and I’m worried I won’t be able to “keep up” with everyone. What if I fail?
I’ve failed so many times before at making the changes I know I need to make. Why should this be any different?
I’ve signed up for online programmes before and ended up not engaging with the content at all, wasting my money and feeling even more frustrated with myself. How do I know I won’t do the same here?
When do the live sessions take place?
What if I can’t make some of the live sessions?
Don’t worry – life happens, travel happens, commitments happen! You absolutely don’t need to make all the live sessions every month to benefit from the momentum and transformation of Freshly Minted. This is a gentle, ongoing membership space rather than a short, sharp hit where if you miss something, you feel it’s all ruined. Freshly Minted is the total opposite of all or nothing. You can dip in and out to suit your schedule. The membership group is flexible and works around you.
All the New Leaf and Pep Talk sessions will be recorded on the app so that you can watch them whenever suits you. If you’re not able to make a session but would like to ask me a question or tell me about something you’re struggling with, you’ll have the opportunity to do that beforehand. I will answer your question in the live session so you can watch it later.
