Here’s what to expect if you were to join me in a gentle coaching partnership.

Coaching with me is:

Relaxed, informal and supportive. I believe an authentic connection with my clients is what makes our relationship so transformational.

Non-judgemental, validating and empathetic. I coach from the heart.

Set to your pace. We start where you are and go at the pace that works for you.

Holistic. I coach intuitively, using a range of therapies tailored to you.

Empowering. My aim is for you to uncover your own innate resources and be able to understand and respond to your own needs.
Using a powerful combination of Functional Medicine Coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), I’ll help you to gently shift the emotional blocks which are holding you back from the life you want.

With my intuitive guidance, you will reconnect with what brings you joy and meaning in life.

And gentle accountability will help you to stick to the lifestyle changes that will transform your wellbeing.
