I’ve created the Wellness Unwrapped programme to be a true catalyst for lasting change. Over the course of four weeks, I will guide you down the road to becoming healthier, happier, calmer, more energised and more positive. You’ll go away with the tools to care for your own wellbeing for the rest of your life, as well as being a role model for your loved ones.
The Wellness Unwrapped programme will transform your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing – and put you firmly in the driving seat of your own health. I’ve drawn on a diverse skill-set – from positive psychology to EFT (also known as tapping) – to cherry-pick what I know actually works in empowering people to change their lives.
Information alone does not get us to change. If all we needed was information, we’d all be glowing with vibrant health – because there’s advice on health every which way we look! People don’t need more information…what they’re crying out for is inspiration and the support in putting what they know into practice.
Each Wellness Unwrapped group is supported by a private Facebook group with lots of gentle encouragement and cheerleading as you move through the process of making changes. This makes that process both joyful and nurturing. Groups have been shown again and again to be the most powerfully effective way to help people to make sustainable lifestyle changes. And you also have the option of additional, one-to-one sessions with me, where I’ll help you to work through emotional blocks or particular challenges.
To ensure ample time for individual attention and allow for maximum impact, group numbers are restricted to eight people only.
“Before joining the programme, I was really struggling to get motivated to make the changes I knew I needed to make to improve my health. I really enjoyed the group coaching sessions and feel like I’ve made some really big positive changes on my journey back to wellness.
I am much kinder to myself now and my attitude towards wellness is now more realistic. I am eating wholefoods and moving more, which in turn has made me feel great! I really enjoyed the group’s sense of community and getting lots of different ideas from everyone’s own personal experiences of pursuing wellness. It made me recognise that there is a lot more to wellness than the food you eat and the exercise you do. I have particularly found the tapping and gratitude practices helpful. I have much more energy and I feel happier. Lots of the niggly symptoms I used to notice have now disappeared (evidenced by my post-group questionnaires). I believe the programme is life-changing and an essential tool to facilitate our sick society to find their way back to healthfulness.” – Jen Dewar
“Having suffered from anxiety and depression for over a year, I feel better after the Wellness Unwrapped programme than I have in a long time. By the end of the four weeks, I felt like I was now armed to deal with whatever life threw at me. The first and most sudden benefit was an improvement in my sleep quality. I’ve taken more control over my general health – but the most important change has been my mind-set. Before the programme, I was an “all or nothing” person (and still am to a degree) but now I’m less angry with myself. I have an armoury of relaxation techniques at hand now for everyday and at times of stress: journaling, breathing exercises and tapping. Suzy is gentle, compassionate, credible and authentic. She comes across as very human and as fallible as the rest of us. I’m hugely grateful to Suzy for her gentle but hugely effective coaching and would definitely recommend her to anyone out there waiting to improve their overall wellbeing in a supportive and safe environment.” – Lynda Sackett
“Suzy has this amazing ability to make you feel relaxed and her gentle and authentic approach really helps you feel really supported, listened to and heard. She also helped us to learn to be kinder to ourselves and to manage our expectations, helping us to set small and realistic goals and to celebrate all the small wins along the way. She gave us lots of practical tools, such as different breathing and relaxation techniques, which really helped me, and really demonstrated the benefits of adding small habits into our daily lives. So, for someone who has struggled to relax and who has always had high expectations of myself, this group has been transformative. The brilliant thing is that we all came to the group with very different goals and needs, and we were all able to do this within the group and to cheer each other on with our own individual goals. If you are considering participating in Suzy’s group programme, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Many of us know what we’d like to achieve health wise but very often fall short of succeeding. Suzy can really help to support you achieve anything you want to.” – Harriet Saxon
“Imagine being told you really can help yourself toward better emotional, physical and mental health, then having the necessary tools to achieve this, and best of all someone to carefully guide you on your own personal journey. That in a nutshell is what Suzy’s group coaching programme brought to me. Practical help that’s so easy to access, with lots of light bulb moments along the way. Suzy’s group is a happy, supportive and inclusive place for everyone. Chances are this is the quiet wisdom you’ve been searching for.” – Sue Smith
I had no idea what to expect when I decided to join this group and I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. I’m so much more positive about all aspects of my life.I feel more content and definitely more grateful too. In the past, I’ve struggled with food and tried to go down many different routes – to no avail. Since joining the programme, I’m eating better and without pressuring myself. My new mantra is “be kind to yourself – only focus on the positive”. It really helped me be less harsh on myself. Suzy is very kind and patient – she knew how to keep us motivated and positive. I didn’t feel like I was failing, even when I didn’t quite achieve my goals. She is like a fairy godmother of health and wellbeing.” – Vivi Campbell
“I came away from each session feeling inspired and uplifted. The group was so understanding and supportive. All of the tips Suzy gave us felt manageable and helped to make a real difference in my health and emotional well-being.” – Kathryn Smith
“I think the main thing I took from the group sessions is that learning to prioritise time for my own wellness is not something to feel guilty about. Me being happier has been lovely for me, but has also had a huge effect on those around me, and I just generally feel like I’m coping better with everything in my life. I am learning to be kinder to myself and appreciate how far I’ve come rather than how far I still have to go!! Suzy is lovely, kind, genuinely caring and very knowledgeable. Being part of her group had unique benefits, including the support during the week between sessions and the realisation that a lot of other people were having similar struggles. It was beneficial to have that slight feeling of accountability that being part of a group brought. I have either commenced or re-commenced lots of little techniques, practices and tips that are helping me on a daily basis. I feel happier, positive, less stressed, more “myself” again!” – Sarah Davies
“I thoroughly enjoyed the sisterly non-judgemental space Suzy created for the Wellness Unwrapped programme. It brought together eight strangers who bonded astonishingly quickly whilst absorbing Suzy’s myriad tips for a healthier lifestyle. We loved her warmth, compassion and gentle wisdom. Treat yourself like I did to the chance of living life better!” – Joyce Khan
“This country needs more people like Suzy to inform, educate and encourage. Informing yourself is hard and very time-consuming – and implementing things can be even harder, especially on your own. My four weeks with Suzy have encouraged me to adopt better habits and make healthier nutritional and lifestyle choices, so that I can take charge of my physical health and mental wellbeing. The online group setting encouraged us to pick up on what other group members found helpful and kept us accountable. During the week, Suzy gently encouraged us with different ideas in bite-size format – all delivered in an engaging, informative, professional and compassionate style.
I know I have still so much ahead of me, but I feel the course has given me a kickstart and also given me tools like the tapping, which I felt previously too complicated and long-winded, to help me cope with the current times, stress and still adjusting to living with a disability. A heartfelt thank you.” – Martina Kroger-Wyllie
“The group sessions were very relaxed; Suzy is very knowledgeable, warm and friendly and the WhatsApp group was very supportive. The sessions have helped me to start the process of changing old habits, practising gratitude and being kind to myself.” – Louise Goodwin
“Before I joined this programme, I was struggling with a feeling of helplessness. Now I feel more confident to do different things. I found that being able to relate to other people with the same issues helped and I have learned to relax more and not feel guilty about it. I also feel that I have more energy and I am sleeping better most nights. I found the programme informative, friendly, informal and very educational. Suzy’s presentation and knowledge are absolutely first class. I now feel that I can now move on with more confidence and look forward to the future.” – Barbara Bober
“I can honestly say that joining this 4-week programme has left a lasting impression on me. Suzy is a fountain of wellness knowledge. She provided a plethora of information and useful tips to “unwrap” the wellness within each group member. There was a visible difference in each member of the group as the weeks unfolded. Key to my experience was learning not to feel guilty for not sticking to healthy eating habits every day, but to congratulate myself for managing this most of the time. This makes sticking to healthy habits a bit less daunting, allowing for a good dose of self-compassion. Thanks Suzy!” – Sheila Brown
