I practise a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected and affect your overall health.
I don’t obsess over calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Neither will I give you a list of restrictions or “good” and “bad” foods. Instead, I’ll work with you to create bespoke, healthy, happy habits in a way that’s flexible and easy to incorporate into your own life.
As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. You’ll be able to implement lasting changes that will improve your overall wellbeing – and that of your family.
I work both face-to-face and remotely with clients wherever they are in the world, via phone or Skype.
