I’m here to gently guide you along the journey to a healthier, calmer, more positive you

I used to put myself at the bottom of my own list of priorities. I wore myself out trying to fulfil all the expectations I’d placed on myself. I was teetering on the edge of burnout, but I didn’t even realise it as I was so disconnected from my own body. I was exhausted, constantly ill, depleted, irritable and despairing.

Maybe you already know what you need to do to improve your wellbeing. But you just can’t seem to make that happen, no matter how hard you try. Because you’re weighed down by habits you know aren’t helping you – but which you feel trapped by.

I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to do this on your own. I’m here to gently guide you along the journey to a healthier, calmer, more positive you. I’ll support you to make lifestyle changes gradually to transform your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
