Flagging energy? Here’s how to get a natural boost

These days, it seems that feeling sapped of energy is the new normal. Low energy is the modern plague and it lures us into a vicious cycle of eating sugary rubbish in a vain bid to give us a boost, followed by the inevitable crash, followed by a need for the next sugary boost. And on it goes.

From chatting to people day in day out about their energy levels, I know that the late afternoon dip is the one that hits people the hardest. They often struggle to keep their eyes open – not helpful when you’re at work or doing an exam. Or, if they’re home with the kids, that’s the time that they find themselves gorging on biscuits or other sweet treats – and then they beat themselves up for having succumbed yet again.

In line with the number of people struggling to get through the day, the market for energy-boosting products is huge. There’s a dizzying number of natural supplements out there that promise to boost your energy (not to mention those noxious, sugar-laden “energy drinks” which I wouldn’t recommend you touch with a bargepole). But, although we all like a quick-fix, the key to having more energy doesn’t just lie in popping this or that expensive supplement. It’s about taking a holistic approach to the problem.

That’s why I’ve put together an at-a-glance, downloadable energy guide that’s simple to incorporate into your life and will give you quick results. It won’t have you searching for obscure, hard-to-find supplements or rolling your eyes at impossible lifestyle changes – it just gives you seven steps in a neat, easy-to-follow, tick-box chart that’s designed to stick on your fridge.

Ready to have more energy than you know what to do with? Download your guide here and do let me know how you get on. Good luck!
